contract and any following addenda, has a 5-year warranty. If
problem occurs within 5-years of rough wiring, due to faulty
installation and is not due to a manufacturer's defect, LundCo will
fix the problem free of charge. However, if said contracted
wiring has had subsequent unauthorized sub-contractor or
homeowner modifications, warranty is void*. Please call LundCo
Electric for any future remodel, upgrades, or repair work.

during the life of the product; loss or damage resulting from external causes such as but not
limited to, damage resulting from a collision with any object, or from fire, flooding, sand, dirt,
windstorm, hail, earthquake, an Act of G-d, insect infestation, or damage from exposure to
weather conditions, theft, misuse, abuse, damage resulting from failure of, or improper use of
any electrical source, or connection to other products not recommended for interconnection by
the manufacturer of the product covered under this contract; loss or damage resulting from the
failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance; items which remain subject to
the manufacturer's warranty.
