This building is a (Leadership in
Energy and Environmental
Design) LEED certified tenant
improvement project.  All
improvements will include
environmentally sustainable
fixtures, certified
high-performance green
interiors, and is guaranteed to
have a reduced environmental
footprint

This design build project turned
out to be an amazing product-
the timeline was very short and
LundCo Electric was able to
design, permit, and construct
the project before the
mandated deadline. .  
Everything removed from the
building was recycled, and all
new fixtures are energy
efficient and environmentally
sustainable.
The light industrial
pharmaceutical building
included a new storefront,
storage unit, assembly area,
delivery room, hazardous and
non-hazardous drug
compounding room, nursing
stations, offices, and
restrooms.  Our highly qualified
electrical contractors helped
make this design build a
successful project.
